I have bought and sold two investment properties with Mike and Lenka in the past. Last week I used them to acquire a personal residence. These two are experts at what they do.
Mike is a seasoned pro who knows land and houses having worked in several areas of real estate over his career. He is excellent at getting the information on potential properties ahead of time so as not to waste my time, while patient when I turn down houses after visiting and realize they aren’t quite what I’m looking for. In the end we always find the right thing for my needs.
Lenka is a contract wizard. She knows the ins and out of the paperwork and the legal intricacies of real estate transactions. She is particularly careful to protect my interests whether I am the buyer or seller on a property.
